These terms govern use of 2ngames.vip, published by 2N TECHNOLOGIE (SIREN 989 403 332). By using the terminal pages you accept them.

The site is free to use for personal, non-commercial reading. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service with automated requests or use the terminal pages unlawfully.

2N Games may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

2N Games take reasonable care over the content, but it is general information and may change without notice. Descriptions of games in development reflect the position when written; the store listing and the game’s own privacy policy are authoritative once a game is released.

2N Games titles will be distributed through Google Play, whose terms govern downloads, payments and refunds. Your statutory consumer rights under French and EU law are not affected.

Text, graphics, layout and code belong to 2N TECHNOLOGIE or are used with permission. Do not use the 2N Games name to suggest endorsement without written permission. Short quotations for review or news reporting are welcome where French law allows, with the source acknowledged.

Names and marks of other businesses that appear on the terminal pages, such as Google Play, belong to their owners.

Links to services such as Google Play or the official company register are provided for reference only. 2N Games are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply any partnership.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury.

Subject to that, 2N Games are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability of the terminal pages or reliance on general information. 2N Games take reasonable steps to keep the terminal pages free from malicious code, but you should keep your own devices protected.

2N Games aim to keep the terminal pages usable with assistive technology. If any part is hard to use, tell us and 2N Games will provide the information another way.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If 2N Games do not enforce a right immediately, 2N Games may still do so later.

These terms are written in French and English; in case of inconsistency the French version prevails.

2N Games may revise these terms, for example when a game is released. The version and date at the top show the latest change, and changes never apply retrospectively.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator at no cost and the EU online dispute resolution platform, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Otherwise the courts with jurisdiction over 2N Games’ head office are competent.
